Poison

Of all the things we parents need to worry about: strangers, perverts, disease, terrorism and now poison in our kids’ toys.
First it was Thomas trains, then Mattel, now curious george? It makes me wonder about ALL the toys in our household- especially the wooden blocks and the thousands and thousands of hotwheels…

Lesson ideas:

Color hunts. Take them outside and have them find one new color a day. you’d be surprised how fast they retain info when they are actively participating.
Make a ‘color’ book. Instructions on the way!
Give them a one colored snack. Ex: Red apples for red day, star fruits for yellow [...]
